Membership in Collaborative Divorce Texas

provides family law attorneys, financial neutrals and family counselors with the resources, training and support to develop, grow and participate in a collaborative divorce practice. Specific benefits include:

  • Web promotions: You are listed on this website as a collaborative professional. The member-only link is accessible by password and provides resources on training and practice materials including protocols, forms, and checklists
  • Statewide marketing: A professionally-developed marketing plan promotes Collaborative Divorce so that member referrals go up as public awareness builds. You also receive training and resources on how to promote your collaborative divorce practice
  • Training: Ongoing training – from beginning to advanced – is provided throughout Texas
  • Networking: Collaborative Divorce Texas is a valuable vehicle for networking with attorneys and other professionals who share your desire to create a culture in which family law matters can be handled with respect and dignity from start to finish

It is the responsibility of each member to assure that the information posted in your profile complies with the rules of the State Bar of Texas or your professional governing body. Collaborative Divorce Texas will not review member’s profile pages for compliance.

All statements posted as part of a profile must be consistent with the vision, mission, and values of Collaborative Divorce Texas. We may, from time to time, review member profiles to assure consistency and request appropriate revisions. In the unlikely event we cannot agree upon acceptable content, we reserve the right to remove the profile from the website.
